FairChang Palmetto 9  is 4096m2 and on the edge of the sim  The monthly tier is US$27 or approximately L$7,500 depending on LindeX quote.  It comes fully landscaped and with a home for you to use, feel free to return anything you don't want to use. Landscape and re-terraform to your own pleasure. Just keeping in mind our Covenant.
